Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for orders in the UK. Currently we only deliver to the UK and use a tracked delivery service.
When we have the items of your order in stock we aim to dispatch to you within 2 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays). We will send you an email with tracking details when your order has been dispatched.
International
If you are an international customer please get in touch via hello@bybiology.com and we can discuss shipping options and quotes in advance of payment being taken (additional charges will apply).
Returns & Refund policy
We are confident that you will love your By Biology scarf, however if you aren't satisfied with it we have a 14-day refund policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. Please take care when opening and re-packaging your item as silk is a delicate material. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, please contact us at hello@bybiology.com informing us that you wish to return your order. We will send you a returns authorisation number to be referenced in all correspondence and written on the outside of the returned package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
Please note, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using Royal Mail 'special delivery' option as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once the item has been safely received we will notify you by email and aim to process the refund within 30 days through your original payment method.
